To ensure our customer gets the best value for our weighing scales, First Philippine Scales, Inc. provides warranty services for all of our standard products, which includes maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs services.
Return & Replacement Policy
7 days return & replacement guarantee in case of item defect or malfunction.
Items should be returned within 7 days from receipt, untampered, with complete accessories & original invoice attached.
If the return is due to a factory defect, item will be subject to receipt & inspection, and if deemed fit, a replacement will be given.
Any item that is due to customer’s misuse, tampering, missing parts, or in unsellable condition due to customer’s handling, return guarantee will be void & customer will be charged based on the condition of the product.
Replacement will be given after receipt & inspection of the product.
Warranty Policy
Standard warranty for all items is 1 year, unless otherwise stated. For brands under the Number One brand, standard warranty is 6 months, excluding Number One WD series (1 yr. warranty).
Item damage is covered by warranty except if there are signs of misuse, abuse, tampering, and/or acts of GOD (flood, earthquake, etc.).
Jurisdictional Issues
The jurisdiction to resolve all legal issues arising from or connected with the use of the website is vested exclusively in the proper courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
